Tyler shares his story of being morbidly obese, losing 200 lbs and the emotional ups and downs that come with it, along with his addiction to alcohol and the spiral that led to his sobriety.

He also shares his rough start in real estate, not having enough money to take cabs to showings, and the root system that he has developed over the years that is the foundation of all of his success thus far.
