What It's All About 

Covert narcissists. They are one of the most toxic and insidious personality type on the planet, but so many of us fail to see them in our own lives. Why?  It's because the covert narcissist is someone who uses pity, emotional manipulation, and disaster in order to control their experiences and the people in their lives. They are the eternal victims; the friend who always needs to be rescued, and the partner who can't stand on their own. 

The damage inflicted on our lives (and wellbeing) by the covert narcissist is infinitely more extreme than the damage done by overt and obvious narcissists.  That's because the covert narcissist is a passive creature, who would rather use their manipulations beneath the cover of ignorance and darkness. The only effective way to protect yourself from this type of narcissist is by arming yourself in understanding and personal strength.
