Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter was joined by Captain James McGowan (MCSO COVID Commander), Dr. Jeremy Cushman (EMS Medical Director), Sgt. Michael Zamiara (Jail Bureau) and Sgt. Anthony Ognissanti (Court Bureau) to discuss how MCSO has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.  MCSO like many in the community are facing new challenges that we have never had to deal with before but we continue to find ways to adapt and overcome.
