Nanci Kreidman from the Domestic Violence Action Center (DVAC) joined the conversation to talk about domestic violence. Nanci Kreidman said the organization had to make big changes in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The organization recognized right away the need to expand their communication channels and quickly implemented a chat capacity to their website as well as a text message feature. They also increased communication availability to 24-hours, 7 days a week.
