Guest: Adam Stronczak

Adam has a strong background in business, previously owning and operating a water sports company and successfully exiting it. He also has a MBA so both the practical and theoretical experience. He first encountered snowsports (skiing and snowboarding) by the age of 4, his father was also an instructor. He now resides on the sunshine coast and enjoys surfing every chance he can get.

We both worked together at Urban Xtreme 2019 in the snowsports center.

Adam delves into the difficulty that the snowsports industry will face during season of COVID-19 and how they can adapt.
