We are very slowly emerging out of isolation and lockdown and going back to normal seems like a faraway dream. As people were forced to take a leave of absence or to file for unemployment, a big percentage most likely will not go back to the same jobs. In this episode we notice how our current professional system promotes individualism, as opposed to accepting that we all make valuable contributions in our society.
