Nearly 300 students at Utah State University are quarantined this morning on their first day of school. Why? Not because they've tested positive for COVID, but because their wastewater did. It's a way of detecting an outbreak before it gets worse. But some are raising questions about whether this means Utah State University needs to go fully-remote now, including the Aggie's student newspaper.
