In today’s episode, I’m challenging you to take your mind off the world 🌎 and place that focus on your mind and body...  Over the next 14 days, I went you to combine the 14 day cleanse with your 14-day workout challenge.

Homework:

Make sure every major muscle group in your body is fully stretched and warmed up.

  • 6 Days of work 1 day of rest
  • Workout 🏋️‍♀️ duration of 40 minutes.
  • 45 seconds on 30 seconds rest
  • Each rotation will last for 6 minutes
  • 7 rotations
  1. Squats
  2. Push-ups from the ground
  3. Ab crunches
  4. High knees
  5. Burpee
  6. Alternating lunges
