We can cope during this time by connecting with each other. Checking in on love ones, family members and friends are very vital in this time period. Take it to the community, start with support those that are around you. 

Michelle also shared that this a perfect time for parents to bond with their children, incorporating their children in hands-on activities, taking the time to learn something new during this time.
