This episode is the second part of our conversation on holistic understanding of healthy bodies, minds, and spirits during time of quarantine. We look at some potential challenges we might face in maintaining mental health, and what might be some coping strategies that would help us to face these challenges. The ways in which we communicate, especially through and with our technology - television, internet, social media - can prove to be a reinforcement of our mental space, either of comfort and growth or of anxiety and fear. We also look for some helpful language in maintaining spiritual health, gaining appreciation for the church, becoming more worshipful people, and taking time to reflect on the Lord's good creation.
