Real talk. This situation has led to a new form of stress and fear that I'm not accustomed to even as an Emergency Physician. It is important for us to be cognizant of the reasons for good hand hygiene and social distancing. It is also important for those on the front lines to be aware of the new fear and stress that we face. 

Thank you for all that you do. Thank you for your support during this challenging time.
