COVID Classroom - Part 2: Theatre Education

Listen Later

A continuation of last week's episode exploring how COVID-19 has affected the experience of educators and students. This episode features interviews with Voice Acting Professor, Evan Mueller, and BA of Theatre Arts student, Dan Johnson. Both share how they are circumventing the COVID-Obstacle to create, learn, and teach theatre. Is it necessary to learn and perform theatre in person? Is it possible to intentionally use the digital platform instead of having it diminish our performances? HOW DO I LOOK AT MY SCENE PARTNER OVER ZOOM?! Even those outside of theatre can get something from this episode!
