The restaurant industry will get through this crisis.  We will come thru! Our favorite part about what resilient restaurants (and some we know)  are doing is being creative.  Innovation within the context of problem-solving and pivoting!  Some points to be said, however once the restaurant industry is overhauled hopefully marginalized groups can finally claim their just desserts. Our show notes link is an article from the Washington Post about how iconic black restaurant  Ben's Chili bowl is handling the COVID outbreak, for further reading.
