Ninety-nine percent of those infected with CoVid last winter still have circulating antiviral antibodies more than 9 months later.  Italian and British researchers tested more than 2500 residents of the Italian town Vo’.

 

The antibody levels measured months after infection did not depend upon whether an individual was symptomatic or not.   Though the absolute levels of protective antibodies faded in most cases, the levels rose in 18.6% indicating that those persons had been reinfected during the 9 month followup interval.

 

Family data revealed a 25% chance that an infected member pass CoVid to one or more other family members. Only 20% of those infected individuals are CoVid spreaders.
