Here is episode 2/2 on CPO Herman Williams' case and how Lake County Illinois, Gurnee and Waukegan handled [or fumbled] his ex-wife’s [Penny Williams] case. 

He did not deserve his, neither did his children or wives (yes you read that right). It took 30 long years for former CPO Williams to receive justice...but here's the thing...his wife, Penny, has still not received justice. #JusticeForPennyWilliams
