Like many of us with CPTSD we will have setbacks in our healing journey. We think that we have accomplished a goal we set or feel like we have done a great deal of healing only to have much of it come crashing down on top of us and we feel frustrated, depressed, alone, dejected. I need a safe place to go to help me recover and to help me process the trigger, the flashbacks. I love nature! and it is a very freeing and calming place to go and allow myself to feel free. The smells, the sounds and sites are incredible and truly there's nothing like it. Please enjoy this episode where I discuss how nature can be very helpful for everyone who deals with trauma.
