It's happening again! Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks is sponsoring a full-on festival at Quiet Waters Park complete with bands, artists, food trucks, vendors, and... wait for it... Maryland Wines and Maryland Craft Beer!  It's Twist and Stout!

What's so unusual is that large events with alcohol are usually prohibited. And to make it more unusual, most festivals never have access to the beauty that is Quiet Waters Park.  Join us as we talk with Colleen Joseph from the County about the festival, what they learned last year, and what's in store for this year!
