She is a Buffalo native, Canisius BS & MBA graduate, and SHRM and HRCI certified professional with almost 20 years of HR experience.  She’s the Director of People Operations for Buffalo Toronto Public Media – your local PBS and NPR stations!  She’s also the HR Advisor for Resurgence Brewing Company, Board President for Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Reserve, and Board Member for Buffalo Niagara HR Association.  Jennifer has worked in various industries such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, media, and craft beer/restaurant industries – union and non-unionized environments – as well as the nonprofit sector.
