Every client goes through 3 phases: pre-client, current client, and renewal. It starts when they first encounter you and your content, and the relationship builds from there. You will need to manage their expectations throughout the process, help them feel welcome and supported, and make sure that they’re leaving your container happy.

But, when their contract, package, or container comes to an end, that doesn’t have to be the end of your relationship with them! Are they aware of how they can continue to work with you?
