This year, my word is "consistency." It's more than just a theme; it's my North Star, steering me towards unwavering dedication in every aspect of life—from nurturing family bonds to maintaining health, and from career ambitions to connecting with the Hike Like a Woman community. This episode is a heartfelt reflection on how past words like "abundant," "authentic," and "momentum" have not only helped me navigate life's challenges, including overcoming breast cancer and career shifts, but also fueled my growth and resilience.
