Executive Director Matt Cabrey of Select Greater Philadelphia, a council of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, had the exclusive chance to talk with Craig Carnaroli, EVP and CFO at the University of Pennsylvania to discuss how the Pennovation Center found its start.
