Dr Craig Mitchell has spent nearly 20 years providing general anaesthesia and critical care services.  His career encompasses private and public work, routine and emergency cases, critically ill patients and rural practice.  Somehow, he's also found time to explore non-medial business interests to, as a co-founder of a boutique winery and wine bar.
