Hey, Y'all! 

On this episode of The Sunflower Chronicles, I give you all a pretty long catch-up with what is going on in my life at the moment. I also touch on the monster that is Ticketmaster and how sometimes social media affects my mental health. To round out the episode I read some interesting family thanksgiving stories and I give some advice for surviving the holidays with family.
