We all know what it's like to have a craving at some point, I'm sure. Some cravings are more persistant than others, and more frustrating too. And I know how easy it is to give yourself crap and make yourself feel bad and shame your self for having those cravings. I'm here to tell you, it's not your fault. You body it trying to tell you something. So let's listen and see what it wants. I may have an idea why the cravings are happening.
