Be intentional about how social media works for you.Social media can be a good reservoir of beneficial knowledge and it can also be the destination for distractions. You can unwind,have a good time and all,just be intentional about it.

SUCCESS IS PERSONAL, I mean what you consider successful might not appeal to someone else so why compete? My growth metrics and yours are totally different,so why bother? Winning is growth,it is being better than you from the past. You are your competition. You just have to do better than you did yesterday.

Imagine a maths class where you are solving exercises and you arrive at an answer different to the correct one,after several trials and perhaps supervision from someone else,you realize the question is right and you are putting in the work.Ohh you forgot to add a variable somewhere along the line and this in turn affects the end result.
