All over scripture, we see God leading people to do or say strange things, sometimes, VERY strange things. For example, Ezekiel laid on his left side for 390 days, which symbolized that 390 years that Israel sinned, and Hosea named his children “Unloved” and “Not-My-People” (Hosea 1).
