Why did this exactly happen? its unknown

I will translate everything, the girls at the start said “wow look how nice this place is”

then the guy comes over to the child and says “your mother and father came to me”

he then picks up the child and when he throws him at the ground the guy says “you get what you deserve” and the kids starts crying.

if you look closely again towards the end of the video you can see that guy push another kid towards the ground.
