This week Jacki and Tess take a deep dive into some of the craziest state laws still in effect today. We may be living in the 21st century but quite a few states are still living in the past... While fornicating, cussing, and dancing to the Star Spangled Banner can get you fined or arrested, marrying your first cousin is perfectly legal in multiple states! Other laws mentioned in this episode that can get you fined or jailed include: being an alcoholic, whistling, sleeping in cheese factories, bear wrestling (lots of bear laws actually), bringing rockets to city counsel meetings, snoring, road rage, owning an encyclopedia, sending surprise pizzas, having more than one illegitimate child, sandwich limits at funerals, having sex in the front seat of your taxi, calling bachelors "master" not mister (no thank you!), and so many more!
