Over the last 2 episodes I went deep into your thoughts and your emotions, but all of this would be pointless if I didn't know show you how it all come together and contributed to why you do the actions, habits and routines that you do, and show you have all 3 of these areas make up your life's operating system which is you and how you life each day.

Just a quick synopsis of the past episodes, one your mind controls your thoughts and your beliefs, your heart then takes these thoughts and beliefs and creates certain emotions to make you feel a certain way, and now your body will create the actions necessary to shape the actions that you take every moment of your life.
