As we we begin to talk about initiating relationships with others...we must start to with creating the experience.  It is up to us to be deliberate about what experiences we provide...experiences are tied to emotions and emotions create memories.

Simply put, experiences we provided define the relationship with others so be thoughtful.  

Good experiences = good relationships and bad experiences = bad relationships.
