Josh just finished his first year as head coach at Johns Hopkins where he and his team finished as the centennial conference champions before bowing out in the second round of the Division III tournament. Josh talks about the differences between division I and division III, how he took lessons from early mentors, coaching at an academic powerhouse and much more.
