In this episode I dive into a recent experience I had with being sick. One of the worst times in my life. This lead me to have lots of time to myself to think without worry of outside factors, changing me psychologically from my usual state. This has now changed the course of my life and come to new realizations about how I want to live my life.

Its been quite so time since my last upload, with some failed attempts I have finally returned with a new episode! One I am very excited to share! In this one I discuss the feelings of rushing, not living intentionally, and what I have been doing in regards to these. I dive into my motives, feelings, and thoughts behind all this bringing it to the level of consciousness and what I have observed in myself. Learning from all this, I share what has changed. Finally back and ready to explore more through this episode regarding my self esteem and how to pertains to creative work along with ways I am trying to express my self through my home. Creating more of a space that I enjoy and even how this bleeds into other dimensions of my life as well.
