Sam Robinson is alocal Bellarine Peninsula resident working with the Heart Foundation and Ambulance Victoria on a project called “Heart Safe communities” in Portarlington, Indented Head and St Leonards. The project aims to increase bystander participation should a cardiac arrest occur including CPR and the use of a defibrillator (AED).
