If you're unfamiliar with the term, a non-negotiables list is made to list the essential qualities you want your future partner to possess and you stick to it. This list isn't up for discussion, it doesn't matter how kind the person is, if having a non toxic partner is on your list and this person is displaying clear signs of toxicity then you no longer persue them. We discuss no having a "scarcity" mindset and knowing your self worth.
