True teachers motivate people to do good things. Your speech should be so solid that it stirs people to action. In Titus 3, Paul instructs us to avoid foolish controversy. If it doesn’t edify, change lives, engage people, or motivate them toward good works, it only creates a disruptive culture. Measure the fruit of it, and then take action. Be a leader, not just a listener. Don’t cultivate a culture that entertains controversies the Bible has already addressed.
