Through conversations that I've overheard, things I've seen on social media, and how I've felt personally it's easy to see that many educators are starting to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. The school year is long and offers many challenges. That is why it is important for all of us that we are deliberate in things that we do to try and set ourselves up for a successful school day.
