Dr. Troy Podell is the Coordinator of Career Readiness for the Downingtown Area School District in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Podell runs two of the world's preeminent pre-college Summer programs, Young Scholars First Summer at Penn and Yale Summer Academy at Yale University. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Downingtown-Thorndale Regional Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Podell has founded a Business & Education Council, dedicated to creating work-to-learn opportunities for the region's students.
