Creating a Vision of Your School Leadership
To lead your school well for a long time you need to craft a VISION for your leadership. This involves figuring out:
1. What you have to offer your school regarding your strengths, tendencies, and personality traits
2. What you want your day to day experience to be like in your school. Once you have a crystal clear vision of how you want to show up as a leader, you can work on making it a reality. But you have to have that vision first.
