First you need to think: how can I prevent this problem from recurring? Second: what steps do I or my team take to solve this problem when it does happen?
As leaders and owners we can keep ourselves up at night with what if scenarios and be our own worst enemy. Or we can put insurance policies in place (ie inspections and additional training from experienced staff). We also need to trust in your abilities, that you made the right call and you did all that you could do.
