On this episode of Real Talks on the Rocks, I sit down with Collin Young, who is both a coffee roaster and coffee shop owner. His shop is called Motivat and is located in Oakland, CA. Collin talks about the WHY people who consume major coffee brands area really missing out on enjoying a much better product for a similar price! Making great coffee is akin to making great wine-sometimes the best product comes from the smallest player! Collin also talks the decision to open his own coffee shop and his secondary passion of helping out underprivileged youth.
