On today's very special episode, we're speaking with Andrew Chen, a Supply Chain entrepreneur who founded the National Supply Chain Foundation, a community created to simplify Supply Chain to connect and empower future leaders.

Andrew Chen is a recent graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Information Technology who is passionate about pursuing Supply Chain as a career. He gained a strong background in process improvement, problem-solving, communications, and leadership through diverse work experiences from small businesses, to corporations, to nonprofit startups. At MSU, he was involved in many leadership positions on campus, most recently serving on Executive Board for the Chinese American Student Coalition. Additionally, he was the Director of Marketing for Students Consulting for Non-Profits, and Merchandising Chair for PGN - a co-ed business fraternity. Andrew is currently participating in Nestle's robust Supply Chain Development Program and currently serves as the Founder and CEO of the National Supply Chain Foundation.
