This week’s guest has followed his own path, and it was always centered around food, starting with his mother and learning to cook at her side.

He has taken a long and interesting path to found Veraci Pizza and now, APIZZA Littly Italy located in Tacoma, Washington. Not only did he build his first clay pizza oven himself, but he has also been featured on Food Network.

But the thing that fascinates me the most is his approach to how he runs his business, with his dishwashers getting the same spotlight as the pizzaiolos. He is truly creating a community performance in action.
