Segment 2

The second segment starts with the show coming up from break and Steven continuing the conversation by asking Ray the method behind his madness. Ray says that asking a lot of questions to really understand their clients. This type of analysis allows Ray to get an advisor and bring their analytics with their system.

Segment 3

The third segment starts with Steven asking Ray to share some interesting stories from the field. Ray then gives a story of multiple clients he has worked with throughout his career. Ray then gives the lessons and insight he has learned from these experiences.

The final segment starts with Ray giving some insight to take over the weekend to make a Monday impact.
