She muses on the meanings of the words Love and Light, the layers these words have for her, and how in order to access these states we sometimes must first descend into our humanness and allow ourselves to fully feel the emotions that are distorting our connection from Spirit and God Essence.

Another dive into emotional processing, this time with the added awareness and sharing of alchemizing dark and heavy emotions without causing intentional harm.

In this episode, Eden shares her biggest AHA moment after finishing a Kundalini Yoga class - how she's been operating from scarcity in ALL areas of her life.

She shares how she's been communing with Golden Teachers as plant medicine allies to support her embodied presence in this darker season of life.

She also talks briefly about how she's been adapting her spiritual practice from her Maidenhood "do it all alone at the alter" type rituals, to integrating sound and song as a way to connect with her Daughter and God in Motherhood.
