Alfonso is an Award Winning Real Estate Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Author of the 2012 book From the Ground Up! 

He has also appeared in numerous publications, including Reader's Digest, the New York Times, Ottawa Sun, Vancouver Sun, and Rogers TV. 

Alfonso was born in El Salvador during the civil war, his mother, the head of the newspaper, was detained for informing the public about the corrupt leadership of the country at the time. 

After fleeing to Canada, and being raised in poverty, at the age of 17 years old, he started a small company that quickly grew to multiple locations across Canada. 

Currently, he is the President/CEO of The Cuadra Group of Companies. He is a strong expert in business, real estate development management, and investment. 

Alfonso is committed to teaching others how to overcome their challenges and achieve greatness.
