This is a coaching call with Nicola who has owned her own salon for 17 years.

She now has a much smaller team and needs to ramp up revenue rapidly as she is struggling to meet the expense of running her business.

When we find ourselves in these situations we often tend to look outside of our business for the answer. We feel we need to find that rock star stylist with a big clientele or we need to find a new influx of high paying guests, when sometimes the answer can be right under our nose.

This is a slightly longer episode because we begin by exploring the "external" options before realising the big opportunity right in front of us.
