This episode is inspired by the amazing book Atomic Habits by James Clear. As I was reading this book, I related everything that he was saying to a health and fitness point of view and knew I had to share with you guys. In this episode, I dive into Clear's philosophy of the three layers of change and talk about why changing your identity is the most powerful shift for creating lasting change. I expand on his ideas about creating good habits and take his framework and connect it to health and fitness. I had so much fun creating this episode and hope you enjoy!
