Marteka Swaby is a Psychotherapist by background with over 15 years experience in Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Burnout, PTSD, Addiction, and specialises in Eating Disorders, particularly compulsive & emotional overeating.
Marteka is a Mental health specialist, facilitating online workshops to support teams & individuals to build happier, healthier & more inclusive hybrid workplaces, which she describes as her superpower!
Marteka is the founder of Benevolent Health, a company that specialises in providing expertise in mental health through consulting, coaching and mentoring. Benevolent Health is passionate about bringing together technology and human connection to increase access to mental health.
Marteka has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom about all things mental health and also sits on the advisory board of Make A Difference Summit and is a Gcologist coach at The GC Index, as well as a Psychotherapist at Ocean Medical Clinic.
In addition to the great work Marteka is doing within the mental health field as a Mental Health Specialist, Speaker and Mentor. Marteka also hosts a podcast - ‘Better Mental Health' to raise awareness of diverse mental health issues & make mental health part of everyday conversations from diverse perspectives.
