PHILANTHROPY UNITED: Creating Purpose with Nicholas Sandoval, Founder & CEO of CreatePurpose.org

Create Purpose began in November 2014 with the purpose of creating a pilot program to offer orphans and vulnerable children living in centers a valuable education program. Our founder Nicholas Sandoval, had been visiting centers and donating time and money for nearly a decade. 

Over the years he saw that something was missing: the commitment to the children was minimal and sporadic and there was a need for more sustainable programs that support the children's need for a practical education and help them thrive in the real world. 

With that idea in mind, Nicholas teamed up with local do-gooders, academics and organizations to create an educational and nurturing program with a worldly perspective that serves children and the community.
