Since the beginning of March 2013, John has served as Swimming Canada's National High-Performance Director and National Coach. He is in charge of the entire Technical program, which encompasses Olympic pool and open water swimming, High Performance centers, Paralympic Swimming, and the Development team programs. He was tasked with providing worldwide success at the Olympic Games.
